Almond butter can be found in most healthy food stores such as Holland & Barrett or Whole Foods. It is also readily available online on sites such as www.healthysupplies.co.uk/almond-nut-butter-170g-meridian.ht for UK buyers and www.kimsterfoods.com/products.html for US buyers.

Almond butter is a food paste made from almonds. Almonds are high in monounsaturated fats, which are considered by many to be a healthier form of fat than saturated fat. They are an excellent source of Vitamin E and magnesium and a good source of fibre.  They also contain protein, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and iron. There are many brands such as Mara Natha, which make almond butter as well as other types of nut butters. There are also brands, such as Barney Butter, which produce exclusively almond butter.

There are lots of things you can do with almond butter. You can use almond butter in shakes, ice creams and cookies. Or you can dip raw vegetables in it or even enjoy it straight from the jar. To make instant raw almond milk, blend one heaped tablespoon of almond butter with a cup of water and add a date to sweeten. Sip from a tall glass or use as a base for smoothies.

I think a grocery store is the place where you can find any food items. Almond butter can be available there. You can try it.
