White bread because of the lack of nutrients and protein, which prevents mold from growing at a faster speed. Wheat on the other hand has a significant amount of nutrients which makes it mold slower than the white. The rye is also not a good candidate because of its large amount of acid which makes it extremely  slow to mold growth. I am testing the amount of acid by using Limamite paper to be sure that my hypothesis is right
