The Bubble Gum was invented by an accountant Walter Diemer in the year 1928. He played with new gum recipes in his spare time and happened to make a gum that was less sticky than regular chewing gum and stretched more easily, and made bubbles. See link below for complete story:

At first Bubble gum was invented for the exercises for teeth after that all of them were used for make a bubble and gum, I think for this purpose bubble gum was invented, and also it increases the freshness... You know one thing this bubble gum is from ......one animal's muscle....don't worry after cleaned that only they making as a bubble gum.
