If you find that you have eaten too many blueberries, there is going to be a very large imbalance in the different antioxidants which you are going to have within your system. This is going to be very harmful to elderly people, but less of an issue to those who are younger and fit and healthy, if this is you, you are going to find that you will be ill for a few days until the balance is back where it should be within your body. It is also going to depend on whether you have eaten too many blueberries in a short period of time, or if you have eaten too many over the years. You are going to find that there are only going to be certain health issues in very extreme cases and therefore if you have just had a one off of eating too many, I wouldn't worry!

If you are concerned as you are feeling ill from the fruit, then it is just going to be a good idea for you to go to the doctors so they can give you advice with regards to the food that you can eat to ensure that they balance is going to go back to its natural self and that you are no longer going to have to suffer with the illness that you may have. As long as you ensure that you don't carry on with eating too many blueberries or similar foods which have a large number of antioxidants in, you are not going to have the problem again and you can enjoy the different foods when they are included within a healthy diet and lifestyle.

You can find much more information on the internet and what you should do if you have eaten too many and want to balance your system out. There are many different articles and helplines which are out there for you to take advantage of.
