I am not sure where you may have heard this, but unfortunately there is no fruit that will dramatically change the complexion of your skin. There are certainly a few tips available however to help keep your skin looking even and to maintain fair complexion.

The first tip would be to follow a healthy diet. Drinking lots of water helps clean out the system and is very good for your skin. Eating a lot of salad and fresh organic food that does not contain chemicals or additives will also help keep your skin blemish free, with a nice natural glow.

If you are looking for a lighter skin tone then there is of course a lot of make up out there that can achieve this. A good idea would be to head to a local beauty store and look through the make up. There will normally be testers that you can try for free, so you can have fun choosing the tone you want. Also, in a lot of beauty stores, the sale assistants will be happy to help and advise you. If you explain you want a natural, but lighter skin tone they will likely have a good idea of what products to use.

Also, if you are after a light skin colour, then it is important to stay out of the sun or at least wear a very high factor sun cream. This will avoid you tanning or going red; which is obviously not the look you are trying to achieve.

Those fruits which are rich in Antioxidant are considered very effective for good skin and some of them include sugarcane, grapes, apples, pineapple, lemon and oranges. These fruits are effective because they help in exfoliation and skin generation. The color of skin gets fair because it controls acne, it makes the rough skin smoother and it also reduces the impact of sun blackening of skin.

Take as much as fruits as possible.. No matter how much quantity are you taking it..be sure 2 drink lot of water too k..
