Try some exercise and avoid completely sugar and bread it all forms this trick alone will work, additionally add a lot of vegetables in your meals

The best way is to get into a healthy routine. Exercise at least 3 times a week - that doesn't have to mean going to the gym it could just be a long brisk walk. Put some good music on and hit the road!

And then you need to drink lots of water and eat healthily. That doesn't mean you can't snack on a few bad things here and there, but you need to learn how to eat properly. Once you know how to do this you will be set for life.
