What's your favorite thing to BBQ in the Summer?
I have always been a big fan of BBQ pulled pork on a butter toasted bun piled high and topped with cole slaw (: I tried rattlesnake served with BBQ sauce one time, notice I said one time lol.... No one told me what it was at the time until I was half way done with it grrrrr. Believe me it does not taste like chicken :D My dad makes a mean BBQ brisket as well. Oh geesh now I'm hungry lol....
Chicken and steak. Yum!
Roasting sweet potatoes in BBQ is best thing in summer. Roasted sweet potatoes goes very nice with chilled milk.
We barbecue all year 'round .. Even sometimes when it's snowing! I love to grill steaks and burgers and chicken. Food always tastes better grilled. We just got a new grill and I'm so loving using it!
Burgers I guess, but I'd prefer a nice sized steak which I've never had.
