Is eating too much oregano bad?

Not in my book it isn't. It has high amounts of Omega-3s, iron, manganese and antioxidants. I sprinkle it on soups, roast chicken, pizza, omelets, veggies and paste... (:

Never heard too much is bad, when i make spaghetti sauce i use all that along with Parsley, Basil, Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, Oregano, Sage

Can't find anything specifically dangerous about eating oregano. The closest is that it may reduce your blood sugar levels if consumed in large amounts, which could be problamatic if you are diabetic.
