Her Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, basil carrots, buttered corn and hot rolls. Everything was homemade or out of the garden, except the turkey. I can close my eyes and taste it.

My mum cooked all homemade when we were younger, and with fresh food what we now call organic and pay a fortune for. Grew some of it in the garden.
Loved her Rhubarb and her Apple Crumbles.
My mom was a terrible cook. I took over at 12.
Everything, but I really enjoyed the steak and kidney pie.
My mom cooked awesome. I like her recipes very much. Specially, her Rice Pudding is more preferable for me. There are list of recipes available in the market,but mom's recipes is different from the others.
We used to be poor so my mom made a lot of chaliapin steak which she learned from a Japanese lady at the flea market. Cheap cuts of steak became food of the gods. I still make it.
She is good at making spaghetti sauce, meatloaf, and lasagne.
Those were the only 3 things she could make very well.
She did vegetarian lasagne with spinach.... It was delicious.
My mom cooked awesome food all time. But, especially I like Muffins, Pasta, Fried Chicken and Cake.
