Almost.

Good health is about getting good food. But "Good food" going to be divided by few parts.

1.General idea of what is good foods ? (such as avoiding oily products, less fries, more boiled, not so much red meat but instead fish & chicken, more fruits & vegetables & less processed foods ect . . )

2.Some part of good health is not about products we eat but the way we use them. We say  lipid & oils is harmful but yet only "too much" usage. Today, we face the moment where you say "diet" & some people start cutting all their meals, eating smaller, lesser, which is not suit at all. Anything too much or anything too less. It will be harmful for humans. For instance Salt, if we overreact using it, it will cause blinding & if we stop using it & the amount of salt become so low in our body it might cause a disease called "Beriberi" that usually is a common sickness in most of the African countries.

3.We need to take our meals & "good food" definition following our own condition. (Natural metabolism condition, conditions we finds later due reasons & medical reasons & allergies) for instance, i have a bit of constipation, (fruits are part of good nutrition) but too much Banana ? Will take away my good health, but often use of fruits like apple or figs can help that condition of mine. Or my metabolism refer that my bones create it's strength & core (such as Calcium & Iron) much slower than others. So i need to make sure to use foods that help my metabolism with it (or taking it's medicines, vitamins & medicines are part of nutrition plan as well)

4.A good nutrition can work so much better with a good gym & work out. Kind of working together.

Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying
unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love.
Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your
outlook, and stabilizing your mood. If you feel overwhelmed by all the
conflicting nutrition and diet advice out there, you’re not alone. It
seems that for every expert who tells you a certain food is good for
you, you’ll find another saying exactly the opposite. But by using these
simple tips, you can cut through the confusion and learn how to create a
tasty, varied, and healthy diet that is as good for your mind as it is
for your body.

It begins with having chosen your parents wisely.

But even if you didn't make a good choice.  Your diet (what you choose to eat) and your fitness program can significantly contribute to your oveerall health.
