Nope, not homemade. We do have a little Italian Bakery that does make them around the holidays, I have tried theirs but I don't like currents or candied fruits. Now you've mentioned chocolate chips, I could do that. That sounds really good.
Do you know anyone who makes home made Panettone? Have you ever had it ? It's great with soft chocolate chips in it.
Oh man....thanks for the reminder...when I was a kid, I lived next to an Italian woman who made them fresh from scratch....man were they yummy! Never had then with chocolate though.
