Mrs Didge likes my self-crusting quiche best but I can't claim to have any special dish. Most of what I cook is pretty tasty.

Currently, I'm making apple butter. You name it, I can probably cook it...even if I've never made it. I just have a knack for it.....and yes, you may have some!

I've made Venison Sausage and spicy lentil stew a couple of times recently, slow cooked. It was very tasty indeed.

On a more prosaic note, I make a jolly good Mac and Cheese - no matter how much I make (and I seem now to be making bucketloads) everyone always wants more.

I make my great aunt's lasagne really well. It tastes just like hers. Having that lasagne as a child at Christmas was a happy time. I'm glad that I can make it just like she did.

Yes, you are more than welcome to come over and enjoy some. I'll go throw together a green salad and garlic bread too. Maybe a Strawberry pie for dessert.

I can't cook, I don't have the patience to cook and I don't have a pot, pan or skillet.

Most of my dishes are to die for..... You know, either the person dies from my horrible cooking OR my food has been known to commit suicide before! Yah I am THAT gifted at cooking! LOL! Maybe I shouldn't have answered this question!

Tiger........ sadly it is. I have some stories to tell for sure! LOL!
Now I have been known to make a delicious turkey and it was raved about by one who hates turkey actually. The only problem is, is that I can only get it perfect every third turkey. I kid you not. One was perfect. two was under cooked had to be put back in and it got ruined. Third was burnt but after you peeled off the burnt it was tasty. Fourth was perfect. fifth was dry. Sixth was rushed. So my next one should be a perfect one. Everyone to Yins for thanksgiving this year!!!! LOL! :0)

My favorite meal to make is Dragonfly's crock pot chicken and I make it awesomely good. For desert, I make Tiger's pineapple angel food cake. Next week, I'll be making Tiger's cobbler. I've never made the cobbler before but I'm sure it will be my new favorite.

I make excellent dishes. Let me give you the directions.

1. Take pizza out of freezer.

2. Unwrap and place on sheet.

3. Place pizza into oven at 400F for 20 minutes.

Boom! Meal's all ready!

Yes yes we are! LOL!
True story...... so we were looking to buy a house back in May of last year and the realtor showed us one house and I walked into the kitchen saying in a welcoming manner "I AM HOOOOOOMMMMEEEEE!" The realtor looked puzzled for a moment till my husband caught on. The kitchen was missing a stove but had a nice microwave above where the stove would have been!

Yes it was. When the realtor heard the story she laughed so hard! We are odd balls sometimes. For Christmas I got a new rice cooker and fell in love with it learning of all the different veggies I can steam in it and my kids enjoying them. I am thinking I have some sort of Racheal Ray skills or something then I realize the rice cooker is like my new microwave..... quick, easy, and it does the cooking for me! LOL!
