Great question!  My family has a history of rheumatoid arthritis.

Inflammation is part of the body’s immune response; without it, we can't heal. But when it's out of control, it can damage the body. Plus, it's thought to play a role in obesity, heart disease, and cancer.

Foods high in sugar and saturated fat can spur inflammation. They cause overactivity in the immune system.

Dark leafy greens, salmon, tomatoes...  These are all great.  Here's a link from Harvard that may help.  :)

Thanks for the advice , I do try to est green vegetables and nuts, I don't know if peanut butter can be used instead of peanuts. I want to start making vegetable soups and put carrots, peas and celery in it too.

As long as there isn't a ton of sugar added, peanut butter is great! Just read the labels for what's at your market. 😊

I love making homemade soups!!! It's so fun to play with the flavors. You always get HUGE vats of course, but you can freeze bowls of it for later. I just got the ingredients for a chicken vegetable soup. As soon as we get back Wednesday night, I'm cooking up a batch.

May, I have to sign off for three days. We're camping out without Wifi. It's been such a delight to meet you! I hope to see you Thursday, or soon after. 🌼

Nothing is better than cow ghee to reduce inflammation. If you are suffering from high inflammation than just add  1 spoon of cow in your 3 times meal. You will see the benefits in 4-5 days. It is best and low price natural cure. 500ml Ghee price are lower than your less effective medicines
