Regular or flavored cream cheese, depending on the bagel. Regular for savory bagels, sweet flavored cream cheese for sweet bagel flavors.

I love plain cream cheese on a toasted bagel.
Usually just regular cream cheese. If I'm in the mood for something sweet, I might add a little fruit jam as well.
