I discovered the best way to reheat pizza !!! You put it on a cold fry pan on the stove with a lid over top ... Then turn it to medium heat ... Let sit for about 15 minutes ... Doesn't dry it out and tastes same as first night. Bam !

Yes---cold spaghetti and cold sauce right out of the refrigerator.

Fridays were always spaghetti night when I was a pre-teen.

My mother always used a prepared sauce that I much preferred cold rather than heated or room temperature.

Even now when my wife fixes spaghetti, I wait until it has cooled to at least room temperature and then get the sauce out of the refrigerator and put it on.

My wife makes a dynamite spaghetti sauce, but I prefer to eat it like some people eat chili.  (She doesn't mind.)
