Frozen Yogurt or Ice Cream?
Definitely frozen yogurt! I don't particularly enjoy frozen treats anyway, but there's something about frozen yogurt that I can tolerate :D
I'll go with ice cream BUT, I have to take a lactaid pill before I eat it or look out below.
I've had both and think they are both great ! Hard to tell the difference.
I like ice cream better. I think frozen yogurt is too tart most of the time.

I would choose ice cream. I have tried frozen yogurt, that tastes a lot of ice scums. Ice cream is much more smooth.

Ice cream. I hate fro yo.
For one thing, it is often tart, and thus this needs to be counteracted by putting a bunch of toppings on it, so the main appeal becomes eating all this candy and cereal on top of it, while obscuring its own [sub-par] flavor. And every time I've been to get "fro yo" with friends, they all put tons of toppings on, can't finish it, and end up throwing half of it away. Meanwhile, fro yo is billed as this "healthy" alternative to ice cream, but it's hardly healthy if it's swimming in candy. Not to mention a great family-owned gelato place around here went out of business while a million fro yo places popped up. There are literally four of them within walking distance of the university, and I can't think of a single ice cream or gelato place.
Screw fro yo. Popular with hipsters and teens and soccer moms who think they're getting something healthy, unlike that fatty awful delicious much superior ice cream.
