depends on type of chicken( Breast vs leg, thigh), Oil,plate size/ofcourse, type of oil used..
I make it with Pam fat free & Chicken breast only- helps a bit...

Its More than 400 calories, Because just 400 grams rice alone is more than 400 calories.. With veg and if it is non veg it will be more than 700-800 calories

There are approximately 650 depending on the recipe and oil used plate of homemade chicken biryani :)
