Take sufficient chow foon noodles, a pound of beef, cooking oil, garlic, onion, soy sauce and sugar. You can also add cornstarch. Take the beef in a bowl and all the available ingredients and cut the noodles accordingly. Mix both of them into a pan and add cooking oil and cook for 15 minutes.
