If you've lost your food handlers certificate, you should contact your local health department (ideally the one where you got your certificate from in the first place). Make sure you take along as much information you can, so if you have any papers or receipt from your test be sure to take those to the health department. If they cannot replace your card, then you will simply have to take another test and get a second card. Remember when you get your second one to note down any important numbers and to scan a copy of it in case you lose the second one! Most major cities will offer food workers tests on a variety of days, so if you need a certificate in a hurry, try contacting the health department in a major city near you and book on to their next test. Don't forget to renew your certificate too, otherwise you could find it expiring and you may have to sit the tests again!
