The JapanCentre in Picadilly told me when I asked that they didn't import Aquarius because Pocari Sweat is more popular with their customers.
However, some flavours of Aquarius ARE available in France. So if you're near the south of the UK, a day trip to Auchan or Carrefour may be in order ;)
Stay away from the powdered Aquarius though. It's... Okay, but really not as good as the bottled drink. I bought some of the powdered stuff back from Tokyo earlier this year, and I still have several sachets left. Blergh.
