3 tablespoons of butter, 1/3 cup of plain flour, 1 cup of grated cheese, salt, pepper, 2 cups of heated milk and nutmeg are required for cheese roux.

First you need to melt 3 tsp butter and if you cannot manage the temperature then mix  butter and oil. Now add 1/3 cup plain flour in it and then add some salt, pepper and nutmeg (cumin,
mustard or oregano) according to your taste. Now when the butter and flour will make a complete smooth mix then add 2 cups heated milk until the mixture is completely smooth.Let it boil and after that turn off the heat. Now pour 1 cup of cheese in it and again it heat it for some time.
