It may sound silly but excersising will give your body a boost and make you feel more awake, try goin for a run or just do a gentle workout.
Agree with Daniel, exercise can do wonders to your energy. When you are feeling tired, take a walk or better yet jog, it will keep your heart pumping and when you are back, you'll notice you'll have more energy and your energy last longer especially if you make exercising a habit.
