That would depend on the size of the scoop and the weather/conditions of when and where you eat the ice cream.any answer would be different under diffferent conditions and by the person eating the ice cream.you could do a test group and actually keep track of the times a person licks a ice cream/scoop cone of equally measured size and in a controlled temperature room. Then you could get a average of the times it takes to lick a scoop of ice cream on a cone to finish it.
