but when you take in to account the percentage of highway deaths attributed to alcohol, the number of assorted other accidents attributed to alcohol, I'd say the numbers are actually much higher. I say higher because when one knowingly drinks and drives or drinks and involves themselves in activities that they know alcohol impairs their ability to perform the task at hand I say that's murder. That's the same in my mind as taking a gun and firing blindly in to a crowd.
