I have the impression that it should be more natural, beneficial and tastier to eat food as it is i.e. at room temperature,. Our body mechanism also would work optimally, I presume at either room or body temperatures. What is your comment?
I'm not sure I understand your opinion completely... Do you think that eating food at room temperature is somehow healthier or beneficial to human consumption and digestion?
Well the comment I'd add to that is that, if you take into consideration humans first learned how to heat up raw food (i.e. Cook it), this would have likely had a positive impact because raw food takes my energy to eat and digest, and also takes more time to eat too.
Take carrots for example. How many raw carrots would you be able to crunch through in a sitting? And how much more effort would it be to consume an entire bag of carrots?
Now if those carrots were boiled until they were soft, or even blended down into a soup, you'd probably be able to consume the same amount of nutrition in a fraction of the time.
