If you are a abuser or addict yes it can cause you to spit blood have blood in your stool,frequent nose bleeds, etc. As constant alcohol use will deteriate your liver and pieces of liver in in the blood you lose especially if you notice small clots,that is why it takes awhile to deteriate the liver because the size of the organ and it breaks up in little pieces until finally it is gone and death occurs...good luck
With me it was type 3 esophageal cancer which also involved 1/3 of my stomach. Were I you I'd see a doctor ASAP.
