Sorry, but I don't have one as I never eat anything after 6:00 PM in the evenings. I might get up and drink some water or Gatorade but I never eat anything. When you get my age, that sleep really matters ! LOL
Snacking on some sleep. Need to grow them muscles. The only gains midnight snackers get are fat gains. Don't want none of that.
Roast turkey. Shallots cooked in white wine. Parsnips baked in blackpepper and olive oil. Fried spinach doused in cider vinegar. Gravy made from a red wine reduction and turkey juice. Terrific at midnight.
I don't usually eat much at all but if I were to snack, I'd choose the Ritz crackers with cheese in them :3
