Mrs Didge cooked for me for almost forty years (I cooked when we were on holidays) so when I retired, almost 20 years ago, I took over the cooking (and she cooks when we're on holidays).
She enjoys being waited on. :)

Man & woman both might cook.
Both! We take turns and each have our own specialites ^__^.
My wife does the majority of the inside cooking but I do some. I do the majority of outside cooking on the fire pit (preferred), gas grill or charcoal grill, but she does some.
The Wifey worked a swing shift for about 4 years, during which time I took over as cooker of dinners. She still makes superior meals, but we got all used to me doing the cooking. I'd say it's about 50% me, 30% her, and 20% "Fend for Yourself".
Both
Both.
My dad's the one that usually cooks. My mom only knows how to cook a few things, usually things that get put in the oven.
We both cook but not any predetermined rotation. Somehow it just gets done - or we sit and look at each other and then go out to eat.
Tonight I made a very nice chicken/pasta salad. Last night she made spaghetti with homemade sauce of fresh basil and cherry tomatoes (from our garden), garlic, toasted pine nuts, olive oil and some secret spices.
