Anything hot, as in hot sauce. No hot wings for me or I'll be shooting flames. I've gotta eat the mild Mexican food too.
Beans give me gas, you don't want to be anywhere near me after I eat beans.
Champagne does it every time (or Cava or Prosecco if I am a bit stony that month). Currently on the wagon. :(

Yesterday, I started coming down with some stomach illness and I had really bad gas all day. For lunch I had shrimp jambalaya made with basmati, lots of coffee, and 8 sugar free chocolate chip cookies. Ordinarily, that wouldn't give me gas, but it did yesterday!
Sometimes all you can do is take a handful of antacids.
Cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower.
