Omg!  I love garlic.  I use it in significant quantities as much as possible.  This may or may not have something to do with my unrealistic fear of vampires...or perhaps it's just the taste.

What are you, a vampire? Half of what I make starts out with sauteing onions, peppers and garlic.

It 's good for the health, although it smells, so garlic is one of healthy foods for us. There are many foods which have made with it.

Garlic has it's place, I use quite a lot.

Jamie Oliver once said that you only really need three flavourings. Garlic, ginger and chilli.

There is a tendency for some people to think garlic ought to be the main ingredient/flavour in some dishes. I've even eaten pizza (sorry you pizza people) that was so smothered in the stuff that you really couldn't taste anything else.

Meals heavily flavoured with garlic were banned when my company used to attend exhibitions, the last thing a potential customer wanted was someone talking to them with garlic breath. (Didn't seem to worry the French though.)
