THE BEST HOMEMADE PANCAKES AND I MEAN IT !!

1 cup SELF RISING flour

1 cup BUTTERMILK

1 large or extra large egg

1 tablespoon of cooking oil

1 tablespoon of sugar

(This makes pancakes for two people. Double for 4 people.)

Mix well, let set 3-5 minutes while spraying Pam cooking spray on griddle. Mix again before using.  Spoon onto medium hot griddle or pan with a LADLE. Flip when bubbles form on top.

Cover with mixed fruit strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and bananas folded into sweetened whipped cream.

Ice-cream, maple syrup (the good stuff that you get on the side of the road in Michigan), mini marshmallows.

Or Nutella

Or Nutella with ice-cream

Or ice-cream with maple syrup

Or ice-cream with Nutella

Or just butter (REAL butter that you can make with home with cream and salt)

... I'm hungry now...
