10mg Melatonin works just fine. Take two if you want to be out ! No side effects and all natural. Any drug store has it.

Yes I can confirm you need a prescription. Apparently its primary use is to treat ADHD.

Maybe the UK requires testing of supplements, whereas the US doesn't? So you can make any claims in the US. Heck, Consumer Reports found that most supplements don't even contain what they say they do.

Nighty Night tea work for me, but you need to drink it about 30 minutes before bed. I think that is better because it gives you time to brush your teeth.

I mostly prefer to Drink pack of hot Amul Taaza milk before going to bed. Try Drinking milk before going to bed, milk will make fall asleep easily, also after drinking milk, you will get deep and better sleep.
