thats right its national catfish day and national strawberry parfait day, so what's for dinner?

Fried catfish and strawberry parfait for dessert ! Have to find Echooos and head for the fishing hole !

Not a fan of catfish .. We're having spaghetti and turkey meatballs .. :)

Strawberry parfait sounds good with such wonderful strawberries available now!

I've never eaten catfish but the strawberry parfait and a cup of coffee will do me just fine.

I'm going to a picnic @1pm so I don't know what I'm going to eat😎.

Update 2pm. Got to the picnic, didn't get to park, started⛆⛈☂🌧🌤☔🌨🌦💧🌩🌂🌪🌫 raining😒. 

I know it goes against my southern way of life, but  I am not a big fan of catfish. I do love a good strawberry parfait though!

I love fried catfish fillets when dipped in a mixture of flour & Old Bay.. Strawberry parfait is awesome! But I had already planned on doing chicken over a hickory fire.
