Broccoli is considered a superfood, there are few foods as healthy. I can't know what you look like, but why do you care what "somebody" says about what you eat?

If that is all you ate, then yes, you are not giving your body enough nourishment. Broccoli along with a balanced, well portioned diet is one of the better foods you can eat. That is as long as it not smothered in cheese sauce.

Absolutely not! I'm proud that you haven't been influenced by the American belief that healthy foods taste bad or don't make you feel full.

Broccoli is extremely healthy.  That said if that's all you eat, that would be unhealthy as you couldn't possibly be getting the nutrients you need.
