Yup I am trying it by cutting off the carb and fatty foods from my diet and including Amul slim and trim milk and drinking it on regular interval whenever hunger strikes. It has 0 % saturated fats and cholesterol in it, also it has 4g of proteins per 100ml.

Its a good way of dieting without keeping yourself starving.
