I've only had Chicago style, New York style, and the generic style pizza. My favorite is New York. This may change after I have Chicago deep dish pizza for the first time in 27 years.
I grew up eating Philly style pizza and it's my favorite. If you don't have to fold it, it ain't Philly style.
I've had New York Style and it was ok. Nothing else to compare it to, other than the local pizzas.
I got to go with New York style thin pizza crust, Chicago pizza is just too doughy for me.
I have to confess to loving all of them .... But the best I've had lately has been Chicago style from a local place owned by Joe Mantegna and his wife (all her own recipes).
Philly style for me. Ancient Hippy is right about folding it. I know someone that even rolls it up from point to crust and eats it that way.
Pan pizza for me u get the sauce cheese and toppings in every bite that way!
