What is the best way to stay healthy?

Eat lots of vegetables, fewer carbs, eat lots of fish, fruits, exercise, drink lots of water, stay away from a lot of soda ( pop) cause it's loaded with sugar, carbs, sodium, also watch your caffeine intake ?

It's not a secret that the key to good well-being is a healthy lifestyle. Pay proper attention to your nutrition, stay physically active, have enough sleep, and take vitamins (I buy all the meds at Canadian pharmacy) but first, consult a doctor. In my view, it's enough to stay healthy, do you agree?
