Which Cheese Mold The Fastest?

Mozzarella cheese grows mold the fastest out of cheddar, swiss, white American, and mozzarella. I just did my science fair on it.

I obviously think mozarella cheese because of the high water content

I think chedder cheese because it has more liquid in it so its more likely to get moldy faster then others
