Bad carbs are Whole wheat products, pasta, cereal, crackers, orange juice, whole wheat breads, health cereals, muffins, salad dressing except for the viagrettes, margarine, Fake butter products, Hyorongenated oils, soy products, corn or fake syrups, artificial sweetners, and processed foods.
