Yes, just make sure it's properly cleaned/washed as with any raw vegetable.   It is worth noting, though that raw broccoli contains goitrogenic compounds, which can inhibit thyroid function.  For most people, it's not something to worry about though.  Cooking destroys these goitrogenic compounds, and also makes the broccoli more digestible.
