If you eat too much fat, you will clog up your arteries, which could lead to heart disease, and a higher standard stroke. Plus, you will end up gaining huge amounts of weight and you will leave yourself open to having serious health problems, like diabetes, heart attacks, etc. This doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to eat fatty foods like McDonalds or KFC, your body needs a certain amount of foods, it needs less fatty foods and more carbohydrates.
