I would not take the chance if the food was left out overnight and became room temperature.

I would not eat any type of meat, or fish that has been left out overnight and not refrigerated.
I am sure people desperate for food have done worse things, but I wouldn't recommend eating any meat, eggs, or dairy products that have sat out for any length of time. Hope this helps!!
It is not really safe to eat fish at all. In the bible, leviticus, it says that eating fish is a mortal sin LOL and we all know how accurate the bible is LOL
