Is there any way you could think to say how big a 'big' can of beans is? How is that in any way helpful to anyone to not say how big the can is?

Hello, I asked my husband this question because he cost in bulk all the time. For the baked beans you would need 4 big cans and if you put bacon in about 2 lbs.. For the potato Salad you would need 10lb bag of potatoes, two or three onions (optional), one or two tomatoes (optional), for the Roast pork 30-40 lbs. (when I go for him I usually ask the butcher that question) and the relish tray 3 jars of olives, 3 cans of black olives, big jar of dill pickles, 2 or 3 jars of bread and butter pickles and 2 or 3 jars of sweet pickles.
