Everyone who wrote a recipe down is lying I have the ball gown and there is no recipe. You get it when you go to the curio shop and click the deluxe bar. You have to have the crown of wonder and you have to have been a member for at least a year. If it doesnt work you did it wrong. And you guys should buy the dress its really pretty and I didnt have to make my pet go on a diet for it to look good on her.
