It depends: If you make it yourself or buy it out. If you make it yourself use your points tracker to fin the wrap total, then the oz of chicken you use also plus what ever type of extras you use, such as cheese sour cream ectra. They all have point values. Most I have made is at least 8 but they can be much high.

7 ozs picante sauce
8 ozs chicken breast skinless, cooked and cubed
11 pcs fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
8 ozs light sour cream

picante sauce. Mix well and heat through. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup chicken
