The IBS can be managed not only by medicines but the proper diet also has a key role in controlling symptoms of IBS. Your anemia might be due to IBS. I advise you to treat IBS first. My anemia is caused by blood loss rather than anything else and all the foods mentioned that are good for IBS are either low in iron or actually restrict the intake of iron which makes things worse instead of helping.
