WOW what a cake? If the weights and measures you have are for 700 portions, just divide the total amounts by 700 to get one. For example if the recipe calls for 49 eggs divide this by 700 = 0.7 multiply this by 24 and you get 12.6 eggs. Use same theory for all other ingredients.
