Mexican jumping beans have moth larvae inside them, that burrow inside the bean and turn into larvae and are not an edible item, however, the moths/larvae are not poisonous to animals or humans, so I would not worry too much.
Once eaten, the larvae will get digested by the stomach fluids in your dogs stomach and so they larvae will die and be expelled in your dogs feces.
If your dog starts vomiting or gets diarrhea, keep him away from food for 12 hours, and make sure he stays hydrated. If the symptoms don't improve after 12 hours, take him to your local vet.
