You should be able to serve 4 or 5 people on a 1 lb. Package. If you want to estimate so you definitely don't run out, then assume 4 people per lb.
So we get , 21.25 lbs... Ok and not everyone will take several slices of meat, so you should be able to safely round it off to 20 lbs. Or maybe a little less at 19 lbs. If there are side dishes to eat as well, you can go with the 5 people per lb., making it only 17 lbs. Of meat then.
