I will gladly share my recipe with you....it's delicious!  I know this sounds and looks like a lot of work on paper, but it really is not once you have all the ingredients. Loosen the skin a bit from the turkey. Poke a few holes into the turkey-Rub fresh sprigs of Sage, Thyme & Rosemary all over the meat let all the little leaves get all over.(don't forget the legs). Rub it on the outside skin also. Stuff a couple of the leftover springs into the cavity -Mash some garlic, I use an entire bulb. (I have a mortar, but if you don't, just smash each clove with a wide knife with a little salt, a pinch of nutmeg). Blend the mushed garlic in with a lot of butter or margarine.(enough to cover the turkey). Rub that all over the turkey, under and over the skin. Finally, sprinkle the entire thing with a little Adobo seasoning...or any type you like. Don't be shy with all the herbs, garlic and butter. The more the better.- Sit it in the refrigerator over night. Cook according to size, etc.  And BASTE. Please don't forget to baste very often with all of those yummy juices. I told you....sounds like a lot of work. But it actually is not. Only takes me a few minutes and so worth it. You asked for the tastiest...you got it!  ;o) No matter where we have thanksgiving, they always put me in charge of the turkey! Hope you give it a try~

I always make sage stuffing with onions, garlic and celery. I add extra broth to the stuffing that goes in the turkey so its really wet. I rinse and clean the turkey, ane remove the bag of gizzards and stuff. I stuff the turkey, rub sage and garlic on the skin, and put it in the covered roaster. I bake it as per the directions and times on the turkey package. If it says to cook for 5 hours, I don't open the roaster for 5 hours. This keeps all the juices in. When I do open it theres lots of juices in the pan to make gravy with and the turkey is done and juicy. Over the years Ive found its all about what you cook the turkey in and not what brand turkey you buy. Invest in a GOOD heavy roaster and you will always have awesome turkeys.  Also, You can now buy pop up timers at walmart so if your turkey doesn't have one you can still put one in it. The pop up timers really work. Good luck and happy eating...LOL

Don't rinse off the turkey when you pull it out of the wrapper. Pat it dry with a paper towel and remove the neck & gizzards. Then I always coat the bird in olive oil, followed by sprinkling with garlic powder and chopped basil. Follow the recommended cooking times on the package.

Lots of people like to stuff their turkey with stuffing to add extra taste, also many people will put slices of bacon on top of the turkey to add taste. Just wrap in tin foil and cook!!!

Add 1 can chicken broth, pepper, basil, sage, poultry seasoning, oregano, dash garlic powder, dash celery salt, and butter to taste into a sauce pan. Warm through.
Tear up toast, about 10 slices, white and wheat. Finely dice celery, onion, mushroom, and garlic to taste.
Add about 1/2 of the broth to the stuffing, and add about 4 eggs, mix well. Stuff bird, and pour remaining broth over turkey.
Cover, and bake at 325 for about 4 hours, remembering to baste.

To me one of the easiest ways to cook a turkey would be to fry it.  It only takes about 1 hour and the only thing that you have to do is season it and check the temperature and time.
